Joshua White - President, CEO, and Director

Mr. White is an exploration geologist with over 10 years of experience. He was a United States Marine combat engineer who served two tours in Iraq. After returning home in 2005, he earned a bachelors of science in Geology from the University of Wyoming, followed by a masters of science in Geosciences from Montana Tech. He worked for Kinross Gold as a generation gold geologist, working at mines and exploration projects on 4 different continents, including the world class Tasiast orogenic gold mine. He was a senior project geologist at the Paracatu orogenic gold mine in Brazil when he left Kinross to become an entrepreneur. Mr. White has studied orogenic gold systems extensively, taking his global experience with the model and applying it to Idaho, revealing the true potential of historically overlooked gold projects. 

John Ryan - Director

Mr. Ryan has twenty-five years of experience in founding and operating natural resource companies. He has founded or co-founded and served in executive or board positions with Cadence Resources Corporation, Metalline Mining Company (now Silver Bull Resources), High Plains Uranium, Western Goldfields, Inc. (which became part of NewGold), U.S. Silver Corporation (now America’s Gold & Silver), Southern Legacy Minerals, Bunker Hill Mining, White Mountain Titanium and others. He has been a senior executive and director of a number of public companies and serves or has served with listed resource companies in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. Mr. Ryan holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from the University of Idaho and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.

Jerry Zieg - Independent Director

With a Masters of Science in Geology from the University of Montana, Jerry Zieg has over 40 years of mining exploration experience for copper, zinc, and precious metals in a variety of settings, countries and geography. He spent 24 years working for Cominco American Inc. (later Teck Cominco American Inc.), including participating in the discovery of the Black Butte Copper deposits and leading the exploration team responsible for the Pend Orielle Mine resource expansion. He currently serves as senior VP Sandfire Resources America Inc. engaged in permitting and developing the Black Butte Copper project for mining and continuing its exploration.

Garry White - CFO and Director

Mr. White finished his bachelors in accounting from Butler University in 1968 and has been practicing his profession ever since. After earning his C.P.A. in the early 1970's he has practiced nearly continuously. In addition to public accounting, Garry has been a lifelong entrepreneur. He has done everything from real estate speculation to founding a telecom company which brought voicemail to the greater Portland Oregon area in the early 1990's. Most recently Mr. White founded a non-profit organization to purchase, rehabilitate, and operate the Arizona City Club golf course in Arizona City, Arizona. Mr. White facilitated a private capital raise of nearly 1 million dollars to bring this golf course back from abandonment. It was re-opened in October 2021 and now provides a full suite of services to the community, enriching the lives of the community members.

Garry White - CFO and Director

Taylor Scott - Drilling Manager

Mr. Scott joined the United States Army straight out of high school, completing airborne training and serving with the elite 82nd airborne. While in Iraq Mr. Scott received the purple heart for actions during a close quarter battle inside a house. After returning stateside he completed his rehabilitation with the Wounded Warriors program. He attended gun smithing and machining school in Colorado, afterwards managing various machining and manufacturering facilities. He first worked in the mineral exploration industry in 2017. Mr. Scott has outstanding leadership and organizational skills developed during his time in the military and later in his civilian managerial roles. 


Technical Advisors

Nathan Jones - Technical Advisor - Environmental and Permitting

Mr. Jones has over a decade or permitting and planning experience and currently serves as a Senior Natural Resources Team Lead in SWCA’s Salt Lake City office. In this role he is responsible for growing a multidiscipline team including project managers, biologist, archaeologists, and water resources scientists.

In addition to his team lead role Mr. Jones serves as a senior project manager on multidiscipline projects including oil and gas pipelines, mining, transportation, renewable generation (solar, wind, hydrogen and geothermal), and commercial development. These projects are located throughout Utah, Idaho and Wyoming and involve all levels or local, state, and federal permitting and occurring both private, state and federally owned/managed lands.

His technical expertise encompasses aquatic resources and Clean Water Act regulatory permitting and has successfully managed projects through the Nationwide Permit process and the Individual Permit Process across the U.S.

He was a United States Marine who volunteered for two tours in Iraq, and he hold a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Business from the Virginia Military Institute, and a Bachelors of Science in Biology with a concentration in ecology and conservation from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Curtis Johnson Ph.D. - Technical Advisor

Curtis Johnson received his M.S. degree in geology in 2015 from Oregon State University (OSU) under Dr. John H. Dilles and received his Ph.D. degree in 2020 at the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) studying the Phoenix-Fortitude porphyry-skarn system, and regional controls on gold mineralization in the Great Basin, USA. After completing studies at OSU in 2015 and prior to joining UNR in 2017, Curtis Johnson worked in production and exploration roles for Newmont Mining Corporation in the northern Carlin Trend, at the Phoenix Mine in Nevada, regionally in the western USA, and as a senior economic geologist with EMX Royalty Corporation focused on gold project generation in Idaho and Nevada. He is not the President and CEO of Scout Discoveries, an exploration company based in Coeur d'Alene Idaho that is focused on discovery. 

Samuel Bereiter - Technical Advisor - Drilling

Sam learned how to drill not long after finishing high school. Due to his high level of intelligence and personal drive he worked his was from drill helper to drill foreman in record time, becoming one of the youngest foremen in the history of Timberline Drilling Company, one of the biggest drilling contractors in North America. Sam is a wizard with drilling- if it needs to be diamond drilled he is the person who can do it.
